Full marks because I can't think of anything they could have done better.

work carried out was great. Prices were not, three times the price of the same tyres from local tyre fitters. Not quite sure how they can justify that much of a mark up for the same products.

The tyre pressure warning light came on 15 minutes after picking up the car, which was in the garage to swap summer/winter tyres. Adjusting the tyre pressures and resetting the sensor removed the problem. Surprised the garage had failed to do so.

I would have given 5 stars but I was asked if I wanted the car cleaned and I accepted the offer only to find that the cleaning wasn't quite up to standard.Particularly the inside hadn't been cleaned at all. I assume it should have been!!

The boot obviously hadn’t been opened as part of the wash and hoover as there was still sand in there. Also, there was no sign of the complimentary litre of oil in the car either. There was no mention of it being used in the car on the invoice.

The only thing that let the service down was that the tech mentioned in the video email that my car was missing a small plastic part on the offside front lower section as it did not match the near side. This is incorrect. It's part of the design.

Offer a complete valet service however big issue is with the car when it is at the garage. However, last visit the windows were still slightly greasy and had to rewash.

When I left the car in to be serviced there were no parking spaces available. I made the mistake of trying to fit my car into a very small space resulting in damage to the car as it rubbed against a wall. This resulted in a cost of £150 to repair.

Completely satisfied with the service element. The car failed its MOT-frozen windscreen washer (cost £95) and an error message as I had my winter tyres on. Some heat could have resolved the washer problem at no cost! It was a very snowy and cold day!

Had four new tires fitted and balanced. I was disappointed to have to bring the car back as there was a slight wheel wobble at 70mph. Both front wheels found to be 30g out. I brought it to a main dealer to avoid this kind of issue.
